Residential Electric completed work on my Mother’s home to bring it up to code so we could sell the property. They were always on time and did what they were asked to do. The staff was professional and when I had questions, or asked questions, they responded immediately and either explained or completed the job as requested. Contacted Tami over the weekend when she was out of state about my bathroom lights not working. She tried to troubleshoot it over the phone with us, ya that didn’t work. She said she’d have someone by Tuesday when she got back home and actually called Monday to send someone but I couldn’t make it work due to my schedule. They were here this morning and fixed it within a half hour. Great customer service. .

Tyler the technician and Tammy’s brother were on time, efficient with their time, and explained what they were doing. They caught a leak in my skimmer line, along with rusted heater bolts caused by an ineffective closing by a previous pool company. They referred me to Backyard Pool and Spa to fix the line problem. I feel like my pool is finally in good hands. Until my skimmer line is fixed, Tyler told me that I am not to use all my opening chemicals, which saves me money. The previous company would have dumped in all the chemicals and overcharged me. Except for the skimmer line, my pool looks okay.

There is no other business that can provide the services that Residential Electrical provide. Last summer we, my husband and I, purchased a home that was about 50 years old. The wiring had not been updated. Tammy came over and thoroughly went through the home. She listened to my request and added a couple of her suggestions. We came up with what we wanted. Because of the set up with this home and other unexpected problems that arose this was going to be a challenging job to complete. Tammy and her team worked diligently with no complaints. Any time there were questions Tammy was available to answer in a very timely manner. Infact, Any time I had a question she would have one of the electricians right over to the house to check on what I had asked about. Her team, a year later, still will stop by if I ask them to. Really Tammy, her office, and all her employees are all very dedicated workers who care about the job they are doing. They keep you updated as to the work schedule. I really have nothing but good to say about Tammy and how she runs her business. This is a good and honest company to do business with.
